Refund Policy

Invisaflask is GUARANTEED to get into ANY event without a second glance - or your money back!

At Invisaflask, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a broken item or are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. To request a refund, please send us an email at support@invisaflask.com or contact us through our online form with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the broken item Photos of the broken item OR why you are unsatisfied with your purchase
  • If the product is taken/confiscated when walking though the gates, make sure to record a video of it being taken so that we have proof and can process a refund/replacement. 
Once we receive this information, we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with next steps. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund for the cost of the broken item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
