At Invisaflask, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a broken item or are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. To request a refund, please send us an email at support@invisaflask.com or contact us through our online form with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the broken item Photos of the broken item OR why you are unsatisfied with your purchase
- If the product is taken/confiscated when walking though the gates, make sure to record a video of it being taken so that we have proof and can process a refund/replacement.
